It's summer time and the living is easy...right? Yes, it can be, but summer is also a great time to get ahead of college application season. The 2021-2022 Common App prompts are live and this is a great time to get those college essays ready.
So what's your strategy?
You want to be very decisive when selecting the correct prompts because you want an essay that really represents YOU.
Answer the prompt, if it says DESCRIBE you want to tell who, what, when, where, why and how. If it says REFLECT, you want to give great detail about how you made a decision or came to a conclusion. If it says DISCUSS, pretend you are telling your life story and reflecting back on a great accomplishment.
Don't be shy, but you want to impress without being boastful.
Ask multiple people to review.
